On their site, you can fulfill a starlight wish list, find events, join fundraisers, and learn about how they are improving the lives of children around the world.

This is where kids with life-threatening illnesses and their families are treated to weeklong, cost-free fantasy vacations. Check out their website to learn about the little girl who inspired it all.
- https://spondylitis.org/ — Spondylitis Association of America (SAA) was founded in 1983 by people affected by ankylosing spondylitis, a crippling form of spinal arthritis that strikes young people. SAA was the first and remains the largest resource in the United States for people seeking information on spondylitis and related diseases. Their site has resources and information about this specific form of arthritis, message boards and forums, and information about educational seminars and events.

They teach true prevention, not just early detection, and raise money for education about cancer prevention.
