On their site, you can fulfill a starlight wish list, find events, join fundraisers, and learn about how they are improving the lives of children around the world.

This is where kids with life-threatening illnesses and their families are treated to weeklong, cost-free fantasy vacations. Check out their website to learn about the little girl who inspired it all.

SAA was the first and remains the largest resource in the United States for people seeking information on spondylitis and related diseases.
